How to apply for WIC
WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) provides free food, formula, and nutrition support for pregnant parents and kids under 5. Income limit 185% of federal poverty (more generous than SNAP's 130%). The application is free, takes ~45 minutes plus a 30-min clinic visit.
WIC is safe for ALL immigrants. Public charge rules do NOT apply to WIC. People with DACA, TPS, mixed-status families, and undocumented adults can apply for WIC.
