WIC is safe for ALL immigrants. Public charge rules do NOT apply to WIC. People with DACA, TPS, mixed-status families, and undocumented adults can apply for WIC for their citizen children + their own pregnancy/postpartum benefits without immigration consequences.

  2. Call to schedule an appointment (most clinics require appointments)
  3. Bring photo ID, proof of income, proof of address, and the child if applying for kids
  4. Brief health + nutrition assessment at the appointment (~30-45 min)
  5. Receive your benefits via EBT card (most states) or paper vouchers
