Apply for WIC in Colorado

Colorado WIC Program administers WIC for Colorado residents. WIC provides free food vouchers, infant formula, breastfeeding support, and nutrition counseling for pregnant parents and kids under 5. Income limit 185% of federal poverty (more generous than SNAP's 130%).

What WIC provides

• Infant formula (typically Similac or Enfamil) for non-breastfed babies
• Breastfeeding support — peer counselors, breast pumps, lactation rooms
• Nutrition counseling from registered dietitians
• Referrals to immunization, doctor visits, family services

How to apply in Colorado

3. Bring documents:
   • Photo ID
   • Proof of Colorado residence

4. Brief health + nutrition assessment at the appointment (~30-45 min)
