The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program is the federal payer of last resort for HIV care. Services typically include outpatient/ambulatory medical care, medication assistance (ADAP), oral health, mental health, substance use treatment, food and nutrition support, transportation, housing assistance, and case management. Eligibility: HIV-positive, low-income, with limited or no other coverage. Call provider for sliding-scale fees and intake. No-cost confidential testing available.
