Methodology
"Partner-sourced" means a record where verification_status = 'partner_verified' in our D1 production database — a listing supplied by a 211 or regional food-bank partner feed. It is not an operator claim; pantry operators can claim their listing at /pantry. Counts include food pantries, food banks, soup kitchens, mobile pantries, community fridges, and emergency food sites. SNAP retailers and WIC clinics aren't on the leaderboard because their data comes directly from federal primary sources (USDA FNS, state WIC agencies) and is already operator-attributed.
