Apply for WIC in Oregon

• Breastfeeding support — peer counselors, breast pumps, lactation rooms
• Nutrition counseling from registered dietitians
• Referrals to immunization, doctor visits, family services

How to apply in Oregon

3. Bring documents:
   • Photo ID
   • Proof of Oregon residence

4. Brief health + nutrition assessment at the appointment (~30-45 min)
