- Call 1-800-687-9512 immediately to freeze the card
- Report it via the New Jersey state portal: https://www.njhelps.org/
- New Jersey mails a replacement card within 7-10 business days (most states)
- If your benefits were stolen, file a fraud report — federal SNAP fraud-replacement rules apply
