What to do if your card was lost/stolen
- Call 1-800-657-3698 immediately to freeze the card
- Report it via the Minnesota state portal: https://mnbenefits.mn.gov/
- Minnesota mails a replacement card within 7-10 business days (most states)
- If your benefits were stolen, file a fraud report — federal SNAP fraud-replacement rules apply
