Community Clinics by State

Community clinics serve people without insurance or with limited coverage. Most offer sliding-scale fees based on income, accept Medi-Cal/Medicaid, and provide primary care, preventive care, and limited specialty services. CA-licensed sites are particularly numerous; we will add other states as their data becomes available. Call to ask about eligibility and sliding-scale rates.
