If your deposit has not arrived
- Check the balance first. Deposits usually land overnight, so the money is often there before any notice is. How to check your Wisconsin balance.
- Confirm your date has actually passed. Your day stays the same every month once it is assigned — if you applied recently, your first month may be partial and land off-cycle.
- Then call 1-877-415-5164. A missed recertification is the most common reason a deposit stops.
How much will the deposit be?
The amount is based on household size, countable income and deductions — it is not tied to your deposit date. Our SNAP eligibility calculator gives an estimate, and Wisconsin ACCESS (DHS) can confirm the exact figure.
