See your balance, your deposit date and your transaction history, or use the official ebtEDGE app.
Open the Maine portalLook at your last receipt
Most stores that accept SNAP print your remaining balance at the bottom of the receipt. No phone or internet needed.
If benefits were stolen
Maine DHHS does not publish a stolen-benefit replacement policy. Its EBT scam page says to call to disable the card and that EBT theft can be reported to local police.

If your card is lost, stolen or damaged
Call OFI at 1-855-797-4357 in business hours to disable the card and request a replacement; outside business hours call FIS at 1-800-477-7428. Replacements can also be requested in the ebtEDGE app.

Questions about your case rather than your card — applications, recertification, reporting a change — go to Maine DHHS on 1-855-797-4357. That line keeps business hours.
When your next deposit lands
Maine loads benefits on the 10th through the 14th of each month, based on the date of birth of the primary card holder. A balance lower than you expected usually means your day has not come round yet. See the Maine deposit schedule.
