Lost card or missing benefits
Contact your official EBT card service promptly. Ask about securing the card, requesting a replacement and reporting transactions you do not recognize. Card replacement and reimbursement of stolen benefits are separate questions; the agency can explain the current rules.

Illinois SNAP deposit schedule
The published schedule is the 1st through the 10th for newly approved cases; converted legacy cases keep an older date, which may be as late as the 20th, using the last digit of the Head of Household's individual identification number (newly approved cases).
