Most states have an EBT app from FIS / ConnectEBT. Search "D.C. EBT" in the App Store or Google Play.
D.C. SNAP deposit schedule
D.C. deposits SNAP benefits on a monthly schedule based on case number, last digit of SSN, or date of application — varies by state. Check your state portal or call 202-727-5355 for your exact deposit date.
What to do if your card was lost/stolen
- Call 202-727-5355 immediately to freeze the card
- Report it via the D.C. state portal: https://dhs.dc.gov/service/snap-benefits-formerly-food-stamps
- D.C. mails a replacement card within 7-10 business days (most states)
- If your benefits were stolen, file a fraud report — federal SNAP fraud-replacement rules apply
