Virginia deposits SNAP benefits on a monthly schedule based on case number, last digit of SSN, or date of application — varies by state. Check your state portal or call 1-855-635-4370 for your exact deposit date.
What to do if your card was lost/stolen
- Call 1-855-635-4370 immediately to freeze the card
- Report it via the Virginia state portal: https://commonhelp.virginia.gov/
- Virginia mails a replacement card within 7-10 business days (most states)
- If your benefits were stolen, file a fraud report — federal SNAP fraud-replacement rules apply
