What to do if your card was lost/stolen
- Call 1-855-673-2372 immediately to freeze the card
- Report it via the Oregon state portal: https://benefits.oregon.gov/
- Oregon mails a replacement card within 7-10 business days (most states)
- If your benefits were stolen, file a fraud report — federal SNAP fraud-replacement rules apply
