What to do if your card was lost/stolen
- Call 1-855-373-4636 immediately to freeze the card
- Report it via the Missouri state portal: https://dssapp.dss.mo.gov/iregister/
- Missouri mails a replacement card within 7-10 business days (most states)
- If your benefits were stolen, file a fraud report — federal SNAP fraud-replacement rules apply
