What to do if your card was lost/stolen
- Call 1-855-275-6424 immediately to freeze the card
- Report it via the Michigan state portal: https://newmibridges.michigan.gov/
- Michigan mails a replacement card within 7-10 business days (most states)
- If your benefits were stolen, file a fraud report — federal SNAP fraud-replacement rules apply
