Contact your official EBT card service promptly. Ask about securing the card, requesting a replacement and reporting transactions you do not recognize. Card replacement and reimbursement of stolen benefits are separate questions; the agency can explain the current rules.

The published schedule is the 5th through the 23rd, by SSN digit — except households with an elderly or disabled member, who are paid the 1st through the 4th, using the last digit of the head of household's Social Security number.
