If benefits were stolen
Per 921 KAR 3:045 Section 5(1): after the household receives an EBT card, if the card is lost or stolen and the EBT account is reduced, the cabinet shall not provide replacement benefits.

If your EBT card is lost, stolen or damaged, call FIS at 1-888-979-9949 to report it, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No fee or mail time published.

When your next deposit lands
Kentucky loads benefits on the 1st through the 19th, odd-numbered days only, based on the last digit of the head of household's Social Security number. A balance lower than you expected usually means your day has not come round yet. See the Kentucky deposit schedule.
