Lost card or missing benefits
Contact your official EBT card service promptly. Ask about securing the card, requesting a replacement and reporting transactions you do not recognize. Card replacement and reimbursement of stolen benefits are separate questions; the agency can explain the current rules.

The published schedule is the first 10 days of the month, available at 6:00 a.m. on your date, using the first letter of the primary applicant's last name.
