Lost card or missing benefits
Contact your official EBT card service promptly. Ask about securing the card, requesting a replacement and reporting transactions you do not recognize. Card replacement and reimbursement of stolen benefits are separate questions; the agency can explain the current rules.

The table comes from Georgia’s official schedule poster, effective September 2012. The state’s Form 47 (revision October 2024) confirms the 5th–23rd window. Use ConnectEBT to check your own account; the older poster’s vendor links are outdated.

The published schedule is the 5th through the 23rd of each month, using the last two digits of your Client ID number.
