Most states have an EBT app from FIS / ConnectEBT. Search "California EBT" in the App Store or Google Play.
California SNAP deposit schedule
California deposits SNAP benefits on a monthly schedule based on case number, last digit of SSN, or date of application — varies by state. Check your state portal or call 1-877-847-3663 for your exact deposit date.
What to do if your card was lost/stolen
- Call 1-877-847-3663 immediately to freeze the card
- Report it via the California state portal: https://www.getcalfresh.org/
- California mails a replacement card within 7-10 business days (most states)
- If your benefits were stolen, file a fraud report — federal SNAP fraud-replacement rules apply
