Eligibility
Located south of the intersection of Coit Rd and Legacy in Plano, TX in the parking lot of Preston Meadow Lutheran Church (PMLC). Enter at the south parking lot entrance. Follow traffic cone signs to checkin/registration area and loading zone. When exiting, turn right only to southbound Coit Rd.
